BSN NO XPLODE
I cycle completely off this consumption of supplements and work right back from time to time. This also allows me time and energy to tests new supplements. I don't take a pre workout every day unless I feel the need for it. I normally determine if I will take a pre workout or not based on how I'm feeling at the time, if I'm unsure I will just take it.

Why do I take some of the supplements?

The two supplements which i get asked most about are arginine and melatonin. I become asked all the time why are you taking melatonin being a pre workout? Well research has found that Melatonin is not only a great help with providing an excellent sleep and to help control your circadian rhythm or maybe your body clock, yet it is also providing you with a lift in natural HGH (Human Growth Hormones) levels, so why not give which a boost as you workout.

I take Arginine to increase Nitric Oxide levels within the heart this provides you with you massive pumps faster in the gym. Together with it's advantages in addition, it raises HGH levels and arginine is fantastic for your synthesis of creatine.

Feel free to ask if you would like to know further information, although the rest are pretty well self explanatory.
